RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Prepare financial reports including cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
2.Provide finance and accounting reports analysis and reconciliation.
3.Manage and conduct managerial and statutory financial statements and work closely with auditors and external parties on financial and accounting issues.
4.Initiate and implement the departmental actions plans that aligned with the Company’s strategy.
5.Supervise finance and accounting team related work flows and activities.
6.Involve or lead financial projects as assigned.
7.Support and coordinate with other department managers.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

1.Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in an international environment.
2.Formal accounting qualifications and/or degree in relevant.
3.Ability to prepare management and financial accounts.
4.Good organizational and planning skills.
5.Strong communication skills, good at analyzing and solving problem.
6.Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
7.Proficiency with Microsoft Offline, particularly Excel.
