• Thai nationality, age 40-45 years old
• Experience at least 7 years as QS (or Sr.engineer or Asst.Project manager) for High Rise Building Project (over 10 stories)
• Good skill of QS work at construction site
• Potential for Tendering of non-Japanese project (to assist Tender PM to achieve the goals : Construction Plan, Costing, Temporary work management, etc.)
• Good Command of English
