Identify, develop, and bring up innovative ranges of product to meet consumer satisfaction and emerging market trend
• Troubleshoot bakery processes and apply bakery science knowledge to achieve desired cost and quality standards
• Lead the R&D team and work in close collaboration with Production, Marketing, and Sales
• Manage internal training program on relevant topics comprising food optimization techniques, food innovation and commercialization techniques
• Prepare product recipe, specification, and shelf life in accordance to GMP, HACCP ISO22000:5000 and FSSC22000 guidelines

-BS in food science, domestic science, or related fields
- 5 years’ experience in an industrial bakery/ food environment with experience in product development
-Team management skills
-Strong passion for food and innovation
