STC NICCA Co., Ltd. is subsidiary of NICCA CHEMICAL, a leading of surfactant agent manufacturer and listed company in Japan. NICCA CHEMICAL has over 70 years experience in the field with the philosophy of is “Creating Value by Providing Technology”.
STC has been active in Thailand for nearly 40 years as top manufacture of surfactants for fiber processing processes. Our customers cover broad area from major automotives part companies as well as textile companies in Thailand. We are not only focus on technology, quality products, but also human resource development and environmental harmony.

Responsibilities:
- Plan in detail, organize daily activities from the weekly program and allocate resources.
- Control daily production activities and materials flow to achieve safe conditions, good housekeeping, efficiency, quality target and production schedule of the assigned production line
- Supervise & manage team to ensure that all production tasks are performed and all machines and equipment operated safely by providing training, coaching, and skill development.
- Enforce, develop, and revise work instruction to ensure that they are being strictly followed.
- Perform weekly performance analysis and prepare production reports so that performance problem can be identified and resolved. Issue deviation reports.
- Ensure that at any time all company is environmental, health and safety requirements are being followed. Report incidents and non-compliance issue to the management. Also participate in Risk Analysis.
- Other assignments or special projects as required by Production Manager

1. Thai Male age 32-37 years old
2 . Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering , Chemistry or Chemical Industry.
3. As least 5 years experience in textile chemical or chemical manufacturing
4. At least 3-5 years Supervision , leadership and managerial skills
5. Good command of English and computer skills [MS office, SAP, ERP, JDE, Internet, E-mail]
6. EHS awareness
7. Chemical expertise will be advantage
8. Team oriented good relationships creating value and achieving results
9. Commitment, can-do-attitude and open-mind are highly important.
