บริษัท โรแลนด์ ดิจิตอล กรุ๊ป (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด เป็นผู้นำในนวัตกรรมเครื่องพิมพ์อิงค์เจ็ทแบบ wide-format ผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายเครื่องพิมพ์สำหรับงานอุตสาหกรรมและเครื่องตัดแบบสามมิติ  ภายใต้ แบรนด์ “Roland” ก่อตั้งบริษัท ขึ้นในประเทศไทย ในเดือน พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2554 โดยการก่อตั้งโรงงานในประเทศไทยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการผลิตเพื่อรองรับการเติบโตของตลาดเกิดใหม่ รวมทั้งเพื่อสนับสนุนแผนดำเนินการธุรกิจอย่างต่อเนื่อง  ด้วยการเพิ่มฐานสำหรับจัดหาชิ้นส่วน การผลิต ส่งออกสินค้า และการลดต้นทุนการผลิต  โดยคาดว่าโรงงานผลิตแห่งนี้ จะเป็นฐานการผลิตหลักในภูมิภาค และเป็นศูนย์กลางการส่งออกที่สำคัญของกลุ่มบริษัทฯ เพื่อส่งออกสินค้าไปยังทั่วโลก

Production Engineer
•To implement the controlling and following up the improvements methods/processes in the production lines
•Optimizes for arrangement manpower, operation time and methods as standard work in processes, to achieve efficiency, productivity, safety and quality
•Improve quality in process
•Solve the quality issue. Quality the new product and monitoring performance

Production Technology Engineer
•Supports the transfer of production technology and production equipment from the HQ
•Design and maintenance of electronic equipment and other auxiliary equipment to support production
•Supervise the production of new models in the pre-production phase
•Customer complaints follow up, analysis and effective correctives and preventives actions monitoring

•Age 23-30 years old    
•Male or Female Thai Nationality
•Bachelor of Engineering, Science, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication Other relevant fields of engineering
•Experience in Production, Process or QA & QC fields
•Experience in electrical or electronic system design, control, and maintenance
•Able to communicate in English
•Able to computer skill
